@hartnn I know the setup is a^+b^2=c^2 but how do I know to set the numbers up in the right spot?

Yes, but the image uses x^2 not a^2, but it doesn't really matter which you choose.

okay i got square root 19.79 but says if necessary round your answer to two decimal places which mean that would be 19.80 correct? which is right?

Yeah, round to 19.8
