A pie graph. There are not that many comparative graphs. I can only think of bar and line graphs as of now. However, a line graph shows a connection with time, which this problem does not require. A bar graph shows that the bedroom is preferred over each of the other cases but does not show the correlation of the bedroom to the total. Only the pie graph shows this correlation.
