its actually that like recognises like.... same works wid the antibodies... so there's a specific antibody n antigen pair... so the one wich is not specific is regarded as foreign which cant b recognised by the body...
that very process is how vaccines are mady. They will take parts of a virus<dead> and introduce it into the blood. The lymphocytes, etc react by producing antibodies that are programmed to seek out the virus that it is programmed to kill and kill it.
