Which is not true regarding the pH scale? The neutral pH at 25°C is 7.0. Bases have a pH greater than 7.0. The pH scale measures the hydronium ion concentration in solution. When the concentration of hydroxide ions increases, the pH decreases.

I am pretty sure about the first 3 but the 4th one idk. I'd go with 4th but wait for second opinion. What do you think?

I think it is the 4th because the pH would increase.

Yup it p(H) scale :D meaning addition of it. so it should increase.
