Which of these functions is one to one? A. 2x^3-3x B.squareroot of (x^2-3x-2) C.6x+14 D.5x^2-x+3 E(.x^2+7)/(x-1)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the linear one 6x+14 there is no possibility that you can get two values of x for one value of y .

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I don't understand what one to one means

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it means for one value of x we should have exactly one value of y . for example y=x^2 is not one to one function since for x=-2 and x=+2 we get same value of y =4.
