What is wrong with this sentence?

"In Andy and I's conversation, he obviously disremembers it."

I am pretty sure the "I's" is wrong but I am not exactly sure how to change it. Would it be correct to say In Andy and mine's conversation or should it be changed to say In mine and Andy's conversation?

I think it should be "Andy's and my".  I'm new at trying to Edit correctly though:)

So you can separate it and it sounds right "Andy's conversation" and "my conversation??
