dear mods who suspended me---
dear mods that suspended me, if your read the rest of my post, u would have seen i posted a math question that i needed help with. i dont spam this site at all. never have. look at my accounts past questions. always questions i needed help in besides the music category. but honestly, who post questions there ? i rarely go into that category. i think u need to fully investigate a question before u delete it and suspend the user. i posted "SUPERCAIFRAGILISTIC ESPEALIDOCIOUS !!!!!!" then commented saying the below question. the action u took was an error. i have been asking questions about my assignment for a few minutes and my suspension really messed up my work and am now past the due time i needed to turn it in. no matter what i do on the assignment now, i can only recieve a grade as high as a low C. -_- thanks. now that i have your attention-- fan and medal awarded If you wanted the middle part of your roller coaster to have a steeper drop, would you use the graph of y = x^3 – 2x^2 + 6 or y = x^3 – 4x^2 + 6?
You're supposed to write your question in the main post, not the comment...
^
lol does that mean I was right?
? @montrealgurl and yea. @johnny0929
they kind of are the police of openstudy.com @montrealgurl
If you have a comment regarding your suspension, they write an email to address given in the notice you received: abuse@openstudy.com We will not engage in public with this issue; it is a private one between you and the site. The mathematics group is not the appropriate forum. I am going to close this thread. If you have a mathematics question, post it and it alone.
this is a study area, just like a library or a tutoring center, and you can't be like "SUPERCALIFRAGILISTICEXPIALIDOCIOUS" when others actually have questions to ask just to "get attention". the library lady would ask you to leave.
I did not post for "attention". I'm tired of having to wait a long time for someone to look at my question. And about 70% of the time they don't even answer. I posted so there would be a greater chance I would get help.
if you leave the problem in the title, there is a better chance that people who actually can help would click on them because, take me for example, I look at the questions I think I would know how to do and can help with in the title in order to help.
My "suspension" did a lot of harm on my grades.whether or not I should have posted jus the question, suspending me was wrong. They did not investigate the question fully and went with the wrong course of action.
Again, you should have just asked for help in the title. I'm sure one of the rules is to suspend users with questions not pertaining to the topic, regardless of other replies in the comments. The moderators are doing a very fine job for cleaning up the sections so there would only be relevant posts on the page. They did not have to investigate further, since technically, you asked the question "SUPERCALIFRAGILISTICEXPIALIDOCIOUS" not the math question.
