If I may, sometimes it's harder to go about making a song with the lyrics first. While these lyrics have potential and it's a good idea to start off with. It's hard to match up already made lyrics to a melody because of timing and things. Sometimes it's best to have a topic in mind and let it grow from the melody. However, you could still just create a melody you love and revise these lyrics a little.

haha, that's what you think until you give it a try. One day you'll come across a melody and you'll know exactly how to use it. It's all about experimenting with different sounds and rhythms.

You're going to let that stop you? You wrote this didn't you? There is creativity in lots of things you do. If you put your mind to it and work at it, you have the potential as creative as you want. It surely wouldn't be difficult to come up with something more creative than what you hear on the radio these days. Don't give up.

Well the only song I have really started writing is this ohh no here we go agian oh no the same old story agian  love last longer when you  don't leave she waches you leave all the time it's the same old story never need my  life I need you though guess the pain hidden underneath sacrafices whats within the lines and thats as far as I ever got on it
