What i did was 4(x+2) =616
I got x= 152 
L=154
W=152 i dont understand why i have to divide by 2

OK!! lol only why you have to divide by 2 is because, that is the last of the posterboard.. Or as i would do it i would take 616 divided by 4 then take that answer divided by 2 because, it is the last of the problem you have to do ...
