The entire genome hasn't been sequenced - unless someone has done it and not published it - but proteins from turtles have definitely been sequenced. The problem is about protein sequences, not gene sequences, which are not the same thing. That said, enough info about which protein or proteins are of interest is not provided. Nor is there much of a question to answer....
