How does Jamaica's government differ from those of other former colonies in the Caribbean, such as Puerto Rico?

Jamaica has a bicameral parliament, and remains a member of the British Commonwealth.

It would have to be D. since Jamaica is still a member of the British Commonwealth AND it has a bicameral parliament...
