The vertex is at (2,6) Notice how that is the topmost part of the graph? Where it rounds and starts to change direction?

And then the right through the middle is  where the axis of symmetry is, so right thought he vertex.

In this case Axis of S is x = 2.

Hmm, it is then (1.5,5.5) and x = 1.5 Sorry, kinda looked like a 2 at such a  small pic.

Bot sure about the y, can't really see. But the x  is 1.5
