can someone please remind me how to solve system of inequalities by graphing again? Ex: Graph 3x-2y>17 and -x+2y>9

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so far i have y=3/2x-8.5 for the first equation 3x-2y>17

OpenStudy (precal):

graph both equations use dotted lines and then take a test point, if the point is true (shaded that area), solution will be where both shading meet

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes, i know i have to do that, but i need to change them into standard form....like i said for the first one i have 3/2x-8.5. am i right?

OpenStudy (precal):

|dw:1360539711425:dw|you have them already in standard form, you should change them to slope intercept form
