I am a little confused about the first part of the following probability question: If P(A), P(M|A),P(B),P(M|B),P(C),P(M|C), P(D) and P(M|D) are given, how can I find P(M)? The next part asks about P(M') and P(C|M). I can do the second part usying Bayes theorem but I don't get the first part. Please help. Thank you (I know this is a statistics question, but I didnt see any stats section)
