Explain how to solve 82 + 9(12 ÷ 3 • 2) – 7.

you have to do it by the order of operations, which means you do whats in ( ) first. so you would divide 12 by 3 which gets 4, then multiply 4 by 2 to get 8. from here you just go from left to right by adding 8 to 82 to get 90 and then subtracting 7 to get 83!
shoot wait you have to multiply the 8 that you got on the inside of the ( ) by 9 which gets you 72 then add it to 82 and subtract 7 to get 147
