A colleague has asked about two sentences. 1. I wonder where he's going? 2. I wonder where he's at noon. Example no. 2 is wrong. Why is it wrong? Thanks.

no. 2 is wrong because the sentences isn't a question, noon isn't a possessive noun, and the contraction for "he's" is used wrong.
