HELP WITH FRACTIONS PLEASE

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[-\left(\begin{matrix}4 \\ 3\end{matrix}\right)+\left(\begin{matrix}7 \\ 8\end{matrix}\right)=\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

right, firstly get the bottom the same. easiest way is to multiply, so 3*8 = 24 now you have to do the same to each top. so 4*8 = 32 and 7*3 = 21. So now you have -(32/24) + 21/24 = -11/24
