What is a simpler form of each product? (2x – 6)2 (1 point) 4x2 – 24x + 36 4x2 – 8x + 36 4x2 + 36 4x2 – 12x + 36

I'm assuming that all those two's are suppose to represent the number as squared? As in its 4x^2 not 4x(2). correct?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

(2x-6)^2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ok I believe for the second one you will just divide everything by 4. 4x^2-24^2+36 -------------- = 4 X^2-6x+9 You will repeat the same thing for all of the following. Get x^2 by itself.

That changed when I sent it. The for does not belong with the final answer just to clarify. The final answer is x^2-6x+9

four*

And for the first one (2x-6)^2 I think you have to take the square root of it first which is just 2x-6.
