So you have \[y=(-2/3)x+3\] This is saying that the y intersect is = 3. However, this doesn't help us. But we can look at the slope, (-2/3). This is negative, which gets rid of options 2 and 3 right away. Looking at the slope, we want a line that rises -2, and runs 3. So it should go down 2, then to the right 3 for each point on the graph. That would give us option 4.
