Mike is swinging at the playground. At one point, he is moving at 3 m/s. His mass is 77 kg, and he is 0.6 m off the ground. What is his mechanical energy?

here the potential energy we talk about is gravitational potential energy..

so now all you need to know is how to calculate P.E and K.E... so can you do that?
