Mike is swinging at the playground. At one point, he is moving at 3 m/s. His mass is 77 kg, and he is 0.6 m off the ground. What is his mechanical energy?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Mechanical energy = Potential energy( P.E) + kinetic energy( K.E) here the potential energy we talk about is gravitational potential energy.. |dw:1360737463008:dw| so now all you need to know is how to calculate P.E and K.E... so can you do that?

I have but i have a different answer and its not in one of my choices.
