how can i succesfully backflip

Well if you can do a frontflip then this should be rather easy... but what you do is..

from the ground you will jump up then in mid air lean backwards and tuck your arms and legs in and when you are 75% done with your rotaion you will untuck..

and from a table or something to the ground you will do the same thing just untuck about when you are 85% done with the flip...

I do promise this will work forsure but if you do it right it should. :) Good luck!
