Can anybody explain how 'factoring a perfect square trinomial' works? please 25w^2-20w+4

OpenStudy (anonymous):

A perfect square means that it is made by squaring an expression. So, for example,\[x^2+4x+4\]factors into \[(x+2)(x+2)\]which can then be written simply\[(x+2)^2\]In your question, can you factor it into something that can be squared to get the original expression?

(25+w) (25+w) or do i keep it as 25w in the equation still

If you multiply those two together, what do you get?

i honestly don't know usually i'm good but for some reason this 'w' is killing me... they gave some kind of formulas? to use like formula one is A^2 + 2A B+B^2 =(A+B)^2 ...
