solve equation 4x+9y=36

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You need another equation since there are 2 variable, if you need to solve for the variables just set it to either y= or x= and plug that into the other equation.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

all they told me was to solve for y

OpenStudy (anonymous):

y=(4/9)x+4 ??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):
