How do you write a topic sentence for a single body paragraph that supports your thesis?

well it depends on what you are writing about. usually it talks about what you will be talking about in the paragraph or it introduces the paragraph

First, Flowers for Algernon there is a man whose real name is Charles, who tries everything possible to get smarter.
And then the movie, Charly, a man named Charlie Gordon isn’t smart as other people, and to get smarter he was selected to receive a surgery called artificial intelligence.
