I was wondering if there is a tutorial on how to use OS when someone first signs up for an account. I forget because it's been quite long since I've signed up. I was wondering this because there are so many people who don't know that you can and should give metals to someone who answers your question. The same goes for closing a question. When I scroll down the list of open questions, so many of them are answered and medal-given and have been left open for hours. Is there a way that they can be informed to close the questions (to be continued)...
