You can report abuse any such behavior by clicking on 'Report Abuse' associated with every incoming message. You can block the person because of which he will no longer be able to frustrate you by messaging. Be sure that an action will be taken by a moderator if you report him/them and such behavior will not be tolerated in this site.

Best thing to do is change your settings so only people you fan can message you like @Agent_Sniffles said.

best thing to do is to email the administrators so that they can deal with the offending accounts better.
