Here's what I think... First, did you write these? If so, you write well! :) I loved the simplicity of the poems, yet, you were able to use metaphor and thing like that without trying to get TOO deep. poetry can be tricky to write, so you should feel great that you mastered this concept! ;) Titles: For "Summer," I REALLY liked the metaphor you used, so I think you should use it as your title: "The Veins of Summer." :) "Without You" - I actually think this title really sums it up. Or, you could go another approach and call it "The Flameless Fire." Some poets use the first or last phrase in their poems to title their poems. "Chocolate Cake" is a good (and cute title). However if you want to make it artsy or whatever, you could call it "Like Chocolate Cake." And Trees - i think that is just great, or you could use"Branches of Love." :) What do you think?
