The slope is the change in y over the change in x. Use the slope (m) formula: (2-10)/(-3-1) = 2 so the slope is positive and the line is rising, as we already know from the graph. So, let's see if we can eliminate some of the options. ....

Wow, all the options have a slope of 2. So, just work out (simplify) each option.
