In sleep, cerebrum will be dormant.(I think), So while sleeping how will it order the body or the body parts to move so that we can sleep conveniently?

OpenStudy (abb0t):

If I remember correctly, our brain secretes some type of chemical to actually prevent our body from moving, which is why most people don't just act out what we do in our dreams. However, there are cases of people sleep walking, but those are also not everyone in general. You should probably do some research on this using google or bing to get a more detailed response on the biopsychology behind this.
