it would have to be the hexagonal prism

the question is a bit tricky, because I want to read "always have six congruent rectangular regions" as "is made up of 6 congruent rectangular regions"

and a hexagonal prism has 8 regions (the 6 sides plus top and bottom)
but it does have 6 congruent rectangular regions...
