Greenhouse gases are necessary for life on earth—but too much of a good thing is too much. Each of us plays in a role in the release of extra greenhouse gases into the atmosphere. The US Environmental Protection Agency has developed a way that individual can determine his or her level of greenhouse emissions.

I don't know what they are asking you to do, either. The question is not really phrased as a question. Just guessing, I would say they want you to read the report and calculate your greenhouse gas emissions. Or ask your professor or teacher to clarify the assignment, if that is an option for you.
