Which conditional has the same truth value as its converse? a. If a figure is a square, then it has four sides. b. If x – 17 = 4, then x = 21. c.If x = 7, then |x| = 7. d. If an angle has a measure of 80°, then it is acute. can yall help plz
Write out the converses. a, If it has four sides, than the figure is a square. No, there's a rhombus, and a rectangle. b, If x = 21, than x - 17 = 4 (21 - 17 = 4) c, If |x| = 7, than x = 7. No, x can be -7 as well. d, If it is acute, than the angle has a measure of 80 degrees. Not necessarily, an acute angle has to be less than 90 degrees, but more than 0.
We're here to help, but not give out the answers. I wrote the reasons that the statements are true or false next to the converses.
No need to be offensive. If you had read my entire post, the answer is quite obvious. Giving out answers is against the Code of Conduct, which you can find at www.openstudy.com/code-of-conduct/
no it aint every one else does it owelll thats just u ma sleek-feathered one
@TrashMan914 I actually couldn't have said it better myself :)
Not everyone else. However, I do see people who do do it, but those are the people who don't last very long here.
