earthworm and snake have same body organization that is tube with in a tube and germ layers is also same that is triploblatic , both have bilateral symmetry, both show sexual dimorphisasm . unisexual, and cephalisation is found in both too

It's asking for how related they are, realsofia, not what characteristics they share. The easiest way to determine how related they are to each other is to look back on their ancestors, in which they derived from. If they share a common answer, then, well, there you go. They're related.
