The full quotation is: “I know that I have the body of a weak and feeble woman; but I have the heart and stomach of a king…” She was implying that though she was a woman, she was not mentally nor emotionally weak as one might think. She intended to emphasize that she could handle the throne, that she could "stomach" the things that come with war, that she has "guts", that she can conquer anything that is thrown at her because she`s strong.
