OK, so the difference between environmental factors and lifestyle factors is that the former are passive on your part. You don't actively decide to expose yourself to lead paint - it's just out there, and if you are around it then it affects you. Whereas a lifestyle factor, like eating junk food, involves very specific decisions and actions on your behalf. It asks you which item on the list is a lifestyle factor, something you chose to do.
