converges if \(|x+5|<4\) i think
you have a geometric series \(\sum r^n\) which converges if \(r<1\)
so \[|\frac{x+5}{4}|<1\iff |x+5|<4\]
thanks i got -9 and -1. now for part b of the question i'm stuck. Find the sum of those series for those values of x.
