Convert 0.02 g/mL to the unit g/L. 0.0002 g/L 0.2 g/L 20 g/L 2000 g/L

Ok. So you have 0.02grams of something. In one mL. 1L = 1000mL, so 1 mL = 0.001 L right? Therefore you have 0.02g/0.001L. But the answer is per ONE LITRE. We have to make the denominator 1 by multiplying it by 1000, so we have to multiply the top by 1000 too. That makes 0.02g/0.001L be 2000 g/L!
SORRRYY the last part is wrong. 0.02 x1000 = 20! So the answer is 20g/L!!
