Choose the equation that could be used to find three consecutive even integers whose sum is 72. n + (n + 1) + (n + 2) = 72 n + (n + 1) + (n + 3) = 72 n + (n + 2) + (n + 4) = 72 n + (n − 1) + (n − 3) = 72

If your first even integer is n, what will the next even integer be?
idek
If n is an even integer, your next even integer can only be found by adding 2 to n. The next even integer after that must be found by adding to the prior even integer. Thus, your equation should be of the form n + (n+2) +(n+4) = 72
