domain : all real numbers as function is defined for every real x range : look at this graph |dw:1361077776902:dw| (sorry for the poor sketch) as we move from left side where x is very very small the graph tends to zero and as we move towards right it rises just as other exponential functions do.... so range is (0 , infinity) horizontal asymptote is the x axis clearly seen from graph
