I don't know what this is doing in the Maths section, but because I'm feeling so cheerful today, it's A.
B--Hindus don't abstain from beef because it's dangerous, to their health, at least
C--All humans abstain from eating beef? I don't think so.
D--The cow is certainly not treated with the same reverence in many cultures as it is in Hinduism.
