Whenever we want to say that "(something) is (something)," we need to start with SE, and add on the (Él/Ella/Usted) form of the verb. Just two easy steps, see? For example: SE HABLA español. -- Spanish IS SPOKEN. (We start with SE, and then add the word HABLA, which is the (Él/Ella/Usted) form of HABLAR.) SE DICE que.... -- It IS SAID that... (We start with SE, and then add the word DICE, which is the (Él/Ella/Usted) form of DECIR.) ~~~~~~~~~~~ Again, two easy steps to doing this: 1. Start with SE. 2. Add the (Él/Ella/Usted) of whichever verb you need. ~~~~~~~~~~~ I don't wanna throw the answers at you, but I can help you by giving you the infinitive verbs you'd need, for each one. Don't forget to conjugate them into the correct (Él/Ella/Usted) forms! REPARAR means TO REPAIR. HABLAR means TO SPEAK. NECESITAR means TO NEED.
