Sonja uses 8 of the 12 eggs in her dozen eggs to make a breakfast casserole. Olga uses 5/6 of a dozen eggs to make scrambled eggs. Who uses more eggs? Explain your answer.

Alright so to find this out, you need to find a common factor between the two fractions, which is 12. To find how many eggs Olga used out of twelve, multiply 5/6 by 2/2 So, Sonja uses 8/12 of the eggs, whereas Olga uses 10/12 of the eggs. From this, you can conclude that Olga uses more eggs
