For the Works Cited page, do you capitalize the words in a title although the author did not? I use MLA format.

Yes, unless it is an article (a an, the) preposition, or conjunction. Here is a quote from the Purdue Online Writing Lab: Capitalize each word in the titles of articles, books, etc, but do not capitalize articles (the, an), prepositions, or conjunctions unless one is the first word of the title or subtitle
