no. When you know all 7th numbers you can have the asnwer:
so first is 6
second 24
third 96
fourth 384
fifth 1536
sixth 6144
seventh 24576

You should have also noticed, that a sign goes in that order "-" then "+" then "-" etc
so: 6-24+96-384+1536-6144+24576=19662
