what event in the 1880s weakened the power of unions ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

choices?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

1. The Civil service act was passed. 2. The Haymarket Riot occured 3. The american federation of labor was founded

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I really think its number 3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I have tried that but it says its wrong.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh ok wait, so after the haymarket riot happened then came the labor problems, < that i no for sure, so im guessing its number 1, THAT IS MY GUESS

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The Haymarket Riot weakened the labor movement.....would that be the same as the union ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i think it is because the union was supported by the 20 free states and five border slave states.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So, amandasoto144, do you think it is the Haymarket Riot ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):
