How can you stop a hacker from harassing people on Openstudy?

Well I meant be more precise @snapcracklepop lol. Hey @Preetha @amistre64 @Callisto @KingGeorge @KonradZuse Sorry to bother you but this user here keeps getting her account hacked. Her main account is @evergirl and has been here for a while. She is unable to access the account or recover it and other OS users keep getting inappropriate messages from her hacked account. She would like the account to either be recovered which would be nice considering she was running for ambassador or have the account banned. Please help her as this has been going on since last week and she has emailed you guys and have gotten no reply. Thanks :)

@SWAG I understand that this is very important for @snapcracklepop but you really tagged many mods... for which I am sure they will get frustrated...
Though @snapcracklepop why don't you send request for deleting your account to openstudy?

She did send a request, and it is becoming urgent because the user is sending out nasty messages all the time. & I only tagged 1 Admin. The other mods should understand.

I don't think "hackers" is a correct word. Evergirl might have shared her email password or even email (it's easy to hack using forgot password) and eventually got her OpenStudy cracked.

As in the prior posts, you guys may contact evergirl and tell her to email abuse@openstudy.com.

This thread is stupid. Hacking is illegal. You don't stop one because they're malicious. Just ignore the person and report them. He can't harass you if you don't take-part in conversing. You should probably delete your account.

Your feedback was enjoyable and smart. I like to just ignore it and sometimes I crush up estrogen pills to make a lotion. I then tape the bottle to my shoes. It makes the day go faster.
