can someone help me on this question

I would say look at there recent doctor check ups and see if they have a medical problem, has their eyes and hearing gotten worse, things like that and look and see what the percentage is of people over the age of 65 have wrecks... hope this works!

Ratio of car crashes to car crashes caused by people of the age of 65 and up, perhaps.

Get some online insurance quotes for different age groups. Make sure you compare apples to apples (no tickets etc.) - It probably won't support your argument though. The fact is 60 something seniors have far fewer accidents than 20 something something-or-others. I suspect you would have to get into the 80 plus range to even start to make your case.

compare and contrast everything and look at the recent doctor checkups.
