I don't think you provided the whole problem..do you have a screenshot of the actual problem? This looks like a related rates problem, and its asking you for the change in H with respect to t, which is usually time. There is also usually given a known value, also with respect to time and a known variable, like the value of k at a specific moment. This is all me guessing, but I think...we're missing most of the problem.
