okay.. so 4 is future?? not future progressive? how come ?:O
Because it is simple future. The sentence is only saying something will happen at a specific time in the future. Future progressive would be "Who will be agreeing..." Always think of -ing for progressive. "The contest will be starting in ten minutes."
