OpenStudy (anonymous):

You were absolutely correct! The answer is C. Epic= looong poem about history or culture, or folklore. An example would be "The Iliad" by Homer. Or you could use "The Odyssey" as an epic example (no pun intended). :)

Oh! I loved this poem! :) Kay, let me see the answer choices. :)

Thanks:)

Well, this one is a little tricky. I mean, the poem starts out with "Help me" so I understand why you picked D. *I* would pick D. But in Greek mythology, this song was also a lure, a beautiful song that was intended to trap and kill men. Was it really just a cry for help? The end of the poem says "it is a boring song, but it works every time."

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I would go with A.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

That's why i wanted you to check it because i remember in percy jackson that they encountered the siren song and they said it was a a nice song so yeah .. thanks :)
